Rob Oliver, has been in the sales, marketing and business development industry since 1982. He owned and operated a successful publishing company and went on to found his current business development company, Oliver Group DIRECT LLC with his partner Kate Hughes-Oliver.

Rob Oliver has been a professional speaker for over 15 years, speaking in over 45 states to both for-profit and non-profit associations. Rob has received national recognition with the creation and implementation of their Direct Drive Membership System which continues to shatter every National Association membership record.

To date, Oliver Group DIRECT LLC has worked with over 750 local Home Builder Associations and Chambers of Commerce and other Industry Associations and has agreements in place or pending with at least a dozen more.

Rob has worked with hundreds of companies in the course of his career creating and implementing business development and marketing strategies with an emphasis on helping companies increase their bottom line.

Today Oliver Group DIRECT LLC continues to work with small to medium size companies and provides training, consulting and project management in the areas of Direct Marketing, Association Membership recruitment and retention, event production and revenue generation for Home Builder Associations, Chambers of Commerce and other Industry Associations, non profits and businesses all over the United States.

Kate Hughes-Oliver is the co-owner of Oliver Group DIRECT LLC, has helped companies increase efficiency, implement operational changes and develop business and marketing strategies for over twenty years.

She joined her business and life partner Rob Oliver in 1992 as Director of Sales as well as assisting in the creation of a new event planning and management division.

Kate is an expert in the areas of organization, project management, process implementation and event production.

These skills and a true passion for helping companies and associations reach their goals and improve their bottom line has been a tremendous asset for Oliver Group DIRECT LLC for over 20 years.
